For 20 years, Fair Insurance Rates for Monroe (FIRM) has saved Monroe County property owners more than $760 million. FIRM fights for fair, equitable and affordable property insurance coverage for homeowners, residents and business owners, which protects property values and contributes to housing affordability. Each year, Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS® raises money for FIRM because this important work directly impacts the real estate market and the buyers and sellers Realtors serve. Funds raised will be an investment in the future of all Monroe County residents and visitors for years to come.
